Our bartender was such a delight to hang out with during happy hour. First time from out of town and Armida made it feel like I was already a regular. Great cocktails & delicious food.

5-Star Yelp Review for Greystone Steakhouse

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Greystone Steakhouse. We recently celebrated a special occasion in one of their private dining rooms, and everything about the evening was perfect from start to finish.

The ambiance was elegant and intimate, making it ideal for our gathering. The private room was beautifully set up and provided the perfect balance of exclusivity and comfort.

The star of the evening was undoubtedly the Japanese Wagyu. It was the most tender and flavorful steak I’ve ever had – cooked to absolute perfection and practically melted in your mouth. The attention to detail in its preparation was evident in every bite.

The service was equally exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made excellent recommendations to complement our meal.

Greystone Steakhouse is the perfect blend of luxury, flavor, and hospitality. Whether you’re dining for a special occasion or just treating yourself, this is a place you absolutely have to visit. Highly recommend!

WARNING! This place is a rip off! Came here for Thanksgiving had a horrible experience. I'm just going to go through the list very quick if you want my full review.Go to yelp! My silverware was dirty. Our appetizers were not good, no flavor our dinner wasn't good very basic, no flavor very basic quality, and COLD! my husband's food Was not edible, he had to send it back. When he changed his order, he never got his other order. We saw a waiter touching somebody's food. Before serving it. the bathroom was disgusting, trash was overflowing and the worst thing was I think the steaks were on racks lined up in the hallway. Already cooked, just being kept warm. this was supposed to be a nice steakhouse, and that's supposed to be made to order. My husband actually ended up canceling his order because he never got his food waited like an hour! . We were so tired of waiting. Talked to the manager all she did was offer to comp his meal. Well, isn't that a given? He never actually got his food . Put it in a to go box Because by that point, thanksgiving dinner was over. So for 3 appetizers and two entrees, because one of them was comped, there was 3 people total, and we paid for a drinks at the bar, our bill was still about $200!?? If you will want to pay about the same and want a much better experience with high quality food (unlike here), I suggest you try Calis, Anime, or Urban wood also in downtown and yes, we have been to those restaurants for thanksgiving in the last few years and have always had great experiences. If the owner chooses to respond to this, no amount of credit /gift card will make up for this because we could never eat there again disgusting! Someone call chef Ramsey, because this place belongs in an episode of kitchen nightmares!

I can’t say I was thrilled with the experience. I host a client twice a year to a nice steakhouse with locations in Dallas, New Orleans, Tampa and San Diego (typically between 25-30 people come to dinner). The experiences have been great for the past 15 years, but this may have been my least favorite dinner we’ve hosted. They tried to upsell us on everything, from charging us over $200 for water to the more expensive wine and even trying to get us to order more apps than the 4 we ordered for the tables. They also charged us a surcharge of almost $300 (never explained to us what for) and a banquet fee of $500. They also mentioned that gratuity was not included. The price we paid for the quality of food compared to all of the meals we’ve had in the past was not worth it. Extremely disappointed to have paid over $8k for an experience that was disappointing.

I've never been to a steakhouse where I'm seated at the door and people are rubbing against the chairs every time they walk in. They jammed as many tables as possible together and it was an awful experience for a tab of over $1,800. Additionally, the server was attempting to up charge everything, i picked 4 bottles of wine in which the restaurant had none and each time came back with more expensive options and a worse vintage. The printed receipt i received was different then the receipt on toast even though i did not tip extra. The 18% tip on the receipts was actually almost 19%, so they lied. They charged for $110 for still water, that's insane. The cocktail prices do not reflect actual prices, you have to pay for Ice of $2, and ordering a martini means it is up and an extra $3. A coke with Ice though, they don't charge for that ice. It was a laughable receipt. I have been to many steakhouses and never felt this abused.

Food was good, the sides for a steakhouse were pathetically small. If i pay $20 for mashed potatoes it better be more than 1 serving. That is not family style....

I would never go here again.
