To celebrate our unique and diverse cuisine, helmed by our Executive Chef and owner Vincenzo Loverso, we added one of his motherland’s (Italy) most iconic and worldwide beloved cocktail to our Spring list! But, of course, we also had to add a little Greystone twist to it!
Our new Chai Negroni is made the classic way with equal parts of Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Campari, accented with a dash of our homemade Chai syrup, which adds an extra aromatic and spicy component to this classic and delicious libation. Chef approved!
