Greystone’s legacy menu offers USDA Prime steaks, a variety of specialty meats and exotic game, fresh seafood, classic and innovative side dishes, and features an international selection of hand-cut Wagyu beef, the ultimate delicacy in steak and recognized as the best quality beef in the world. As a steakhouse we are proud of our in house dry aging process with himalayan salt block, aging for a minimum of 21 days. The aging process allows the natural enzymes in the beef to break down the muscle tissue, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.
