Greystone Prime Steakhouse & Seafood has been a landmark in the historic Gaslamp Quarter in Downtown San Diego for 20 years. Greystone’s legacy menu offers USDA Prime steaks, a variety of specialty meats and exotic game, fresh seafood, classic and innovative side dishes, and features an international selection of hand-cut Wagyu beef, the ultimate delicacy in steak and recognized as the best quality beef in the world. As a steakhouse we are proud of our in house dry aging process with himalayan salt block, aging for a minimum of 21 days. The aging process allows the natural enzymes in the beef to break down the muscle tissue, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.

As well as tapas style appetizers which are expertly seasoned & perfectly cooked. Greystone takes pride in serving a majority of its menu with gluten-free & dairy-free options. The Italian chef Mr. Loverso makes his hand-crafted pastas along slowly braised short rib and lamb shank daily to ensure quality that you can taste while serving locally sourced seafood along with rare options such as Chilean seabass and sustainable fish.
